Heart Chakra Above the Head: Transformed Living
The heart is often seen as the center of love and compassion but beyond the physical heart and even the traditional heart chakra lies another dimension of heart awareness: a luminous center above the head. This higher heart chakra above the head connects you directly to divine consciousness.
We all have met someone with a bleeding heart or shut down our own heart at times. Yet, we say follow the heart. We can trust our heart. From an esoteric perspective this is not completely accurate as the heart carries wounds from our past. Including the wounds of past lives that are unconscious to our current life, yet these wounds run in our subconscious.
There is a heart chakra above the head that is not wounded. Serious meditation practitioners have access to this heart chakra. It used to be that we would need to meditate seriously for very long periods before accessing it. With the changes in energy and the golden age that we are in, this heart chakra above the head is becoming more accessible.
When you access this heart chakra above the head, you are not run by the unconscious wounding that you carry around. You have a truer heart space that is aligned with the Universe’s heart – qualities of the heart of Sophia, God or Source.
How the Heart Chakra Above Brings Clarity and Peace
The heart chakra that is located above the head gives you the ultimate protection. It is the divine heart center. For me, what I have noticed is that when a family crisis or chaos of life happens, the heart chakra above the head has been the key to stepping into a higher mode. Not only am I not caught in what is happening around me, I am able to truly rest in this heart chakra above and follow its direction. It gives access to more clarity.
Not all the time as it is a conscious practice while operating in the world. But, I am overjoyed that I can rest above at times while the world chaos is all around me and I can be in peace. Then, I forget and fall into the family crisis or world drama. Because of my strong sitting meditation practice I am able to step out of crisis faster than I used to and rest back in the heart chakra above my head when being in the world. It is the practice of taking a yogi meditation practice and then live in the modern world where one can’t sit all day.
I must say that doing the inner deconstruction healing work for spiritual awakening on the heart in the actual body makes it much easier to access the heart chakra above so I don’t want to be misleading here. These wounds are anchors into the mundane world.
This is the beauty of this lifetime. Putting the work in action as there is more light on the planet so this is actually doable. Versus years ago, one would need to go to a Temple or Ashram and immerse for a lifetime. We are fortunate the an ordinary person can have a dedicated meditation practice, do some shadow work to deconstruct their ego and have access to Monk – awake spaces.
