Our bodies are like super computers. They store and record everthing from our deep past to our present. Some patterns have deep roots. Samskaras are the subtle impressions left by past experiences that continue to shape our reactions, perceptions, and choices. As we unwind them greater freedom, clarity, and presence naturally begin to emerge.
